IBMKT e-commerce platform provides advance booking service for non-arrival goods, allowing users to make bookings before the goods arrive at the port, in order to ensure that the goods can be delivered quickly after arrival. - Booking conditions
- The user must be a registered member of IBMKT e-commerce platform.
- The product to be booked must be one of the products announced as available for booking on the platform.
- The user must pay the full price of the product.
- Booking process
- Login to the IBMKT e-commerce platform, search and select the unavailable products. 2.
- Click “Add to Cart” and enter the checkout page. 3.
- Select the booking option and fill in the necessary booking information (e.g. shipping address, contact information, etc.). 4.
- Complete the payment and the system will generate the reservation order after successful payment. 5.
- The platform will confirm the reservation order by SMS or email, and provide the estimated arrival and delivery time.
- Management of pre-ordered goods
- Pre-ordered goods will be prioritized upon arrival to ensure fast delivery.
- If the goods do not arrive on time, the platform will notify the user in a timely manner and provide a solution (e.g. extending the booking time or canceling the order for a refund) according to the circumstances.
