Thank you for choosing IBMKT e-commerce platform to purchase our high quality products. In order to protect your rights and interests, we have formulated the following after-sales policy to ensure that you can enjoy a satisfactory shopping experience.
I. Return Policy
- Scope of application: applies to all goods purchased on IBMKT North America e-commerce platform.
- Return Period: Within 90 days from the date you receive the merchandise, you can apply for a return if the merchandise has not been used and remains intact in its original packaging.
- Return process:
- Login to your IBMKT account and go to the “My Orders” page. 2.
- Select the product you want to return and click the “Apply for Return” button. 3.
- Fill in the reason for return and related information and submit the request. 4.
- We will review the application within 24 hours after receiving it, and will provide you with the return address after the review. 5.
- Please send the goods back to us within 7 days after receiving the return address. 6.
- After the goods have been inspected and confirmed to be correct, we will process the refund for you, and the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3-10 working days.
Second, quality problems exchange policy
- Scope of Application: Applicable to quality problems caused by manufacturing defects.
- Exchange period: Within 90 days from the date you receive the goods, you can apply for an exchange if the goods have quality problems.
- Exchange process:
- Login to your IBMKT account and go to the “My Orders” page. 2.
- Select the product that needs to be exchanged and click on the “Apply for Exchange” button. 3.
- Upload a photo or video of the quality problem of the product, fill in the reason for exchange and related information, and submit the application. 4.
- We will review the application within 24 hours after receiving it, and will provide an address for the exchange after the review is approved. 5.
- Please send the goods back to us within 7 days after receiving the exchange address.
- We will send you a new item after the goods have been inspected and confirmed to be correct.
III. Accessory Replacement Policy
- Scope of application: Applicable to the merchandise due to lack of parts or accessories damaged.
- Replacement period: Within 30 days from the date you receive the goods, if the goods are missing accessories or damaged accessories, you can apply for replacement.
- Replacement shipping process:
- Login to your IBMKT account and enter the “My Orders” page. 2.
- Select the product that needs to be reissued and click the “Apply for reissue” button. 3.
- Upload photos or videos of the missing or damaged parts, fill in the reason for reissue and related information, and submit the application. 4.
- We will review the application within 24 hours after receiving it, and will send you the replacement parts as soon as possible after the review.
IV.
- All applications for returns, exchanges and reissues must be submitted within the above specified period.
- Returned merchandise must be intact in its original packaging, unused, and with all accompanying items (e.g., accessories, manuals, etc.).
- Returns due to non-quality issues (e.g. personal preference, wrong size, etc.) will be at the customer’s expense.
- If there is a quality problem with the product, or if the product description does not match the actual product, the shipping cost for exchange or replacement will be borne by IBMKT.
- In order to ensure your rights and interests, please check the goods in time after receiving them, and contact us as soon as possible if there is any problem.
